Procurement of a tenderer for the transport of library material in Vestfold og Telemark County. Purpose of the procurement The assignment concerns transport of library material to and from the libraries in Vestfold and Telemark to libraries elsewhere in Norway and abroad. The University of South East Norway (USN) is also part of the contract. USN does not use this transport scheme for book transport between USN's campuses, with the exception of Rauland Campus. USN also has campuses in Viken (Buskerud), which will be covered by the contract. These are Campus Kongsberg, Campus Drammen and Campus Ringerike (Hønefoss).
