The Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT), hereinafter referred to as the client, shall enter into framework agreements for the procurement of courses and training for maritime certificates – D6. The framework agreements shall also cover assistance in converting D5L – certificates in the transition period up to January 1st 2024, as well as safety courses and VHF courses. The agreement applies to the Norwegian Police Directorate, police districts and special bodies and the Norwegian Police Security Service. (PST)
