Framework agreement for passenger transport services in Agder for Arendal, Grimstad and Lillesand

The contracting authority comprising Agder fylkeskommune and Agder kollektivtrafikk AS invites tenderers to a tender contest for passenger transport services, including ordinary transport of pupils, individually adapted school transport services, ordinary scheduled transport in accordance with bookings and facilitated transport (TT) in accordance with bookings. The contest is split into 3 sub-contracts/transport areas: Arendal, Grimstad and Lillesand. Based on the statistics for 2019-2021, which were obtained from the current contract provider, the average annual economic scope is: Arendal: NOK 14.3 million excluding VAT. Grimstad: NOK 9.7 million excluding VAT. Lillesand: NOK 5 million excluding VAT. Total NOK 29 million excluding VAT for all the sub-contracts. The contract will be valid for up to NOK 150 million excluding VAT over the contract's lifetime. The estimated scope is based on previous procurements and is uncertain.
