The assignment includes the evaluation of Diku's program for flexible educational service and Skills Norway's scheme with grants for flexible postgraduate studies in the adult competence program. The main purpose of the assignment is to assess whether the schemes have given results in accordance with the overall objectives, whether they function as intended and to identify the need for changes and adjustments in the schemes.
