The tender contest concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of materials and services related to access control and door automation to Lier Eiendomsselskap KF, Lier municipality and other legal entities such as municipal enterprises and other bodies under municipal administration. The framework agreement applies to maintenance and renovation, but also some reconstruction and development of own properties. The contracting authority reserves the right to collect its own tenders and to maintain facilities from another manufacturer regardless of the agreement for new projects/buildings. The framework agreement shall also include installation, cable routing, testing and commissioning. The framework agreement includes operation and the contracting authority wants the provider to have an established 24 hours duty scheme. Refer to the procurement documents for further information.
