Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the contracting authority, will, on behalf of the police and the Norwegian Armed Forces, enter into a framework agreement for speed enforcement equipment. A more detailed indication of who the contract applies to, including who is considered the contracting authority in accordance with the contract, is in the tender documentation. The procurement is for a framework agreement for speed enforcement equipment with the necessary accessories and equipment for holding road traffic speed checks.
