The assignment includes the preparation of a zoning plan with all accompanying works for the section E18 Dørdal – Tvedestrand. The section is approx. 54 km long. The limitation of the municipal master plan with regard to the consideration zones is available at Nye Veier's website together with other documents relating to the municipal master plan. The consultant must expect that in the process, there may be a need for reviews beyond what is described in the law and regulations. The consultant shall manage, organise and conduct the process of preparing the zoning plan, including necessary case management to the authorities, and chairing meetings in connection with participation processes and public hearings. The assignment also includes the necessary ground surveys.
