The object of the procurement is array slides, reagents, consumables and software in the array-CGH process for constitutional and cancer diagnostics. The procurement object will be described in more detail in the section II.2), as well as in the attachments of the call for tenders. Quality and price comparison is described in the attachments 5 quality comparison and 1 products and price list. The goods tendered must fulfill the absolute minimum requirements and other definitions at the least, as specified in the materials for the call for tenders. Tendering for category 3 is only allowed for tenderers who also tender for category 1, 2A + 2B or both. Tendering for category 4 is only allowed for tenderers who also tender for category 1. Category 4 will not be compared. The contract of procurement is fixed-term for the first two (2) years. After 2 years, it will become non-fixed-term. The contract period begins when both parties have signed the contract.
