Objective: The Norwegian Tax Administration serves both Norwegian and foreign persons who are obligated to pay tax to Norway. The foreign taxpayers are located partly in Norway and partly abroad. The Norwegian Tax Administration's employees are also participating in international cooperation for many fields. This means that we need translation services. The Norwegian Tax Administration shall enter into a framework agreement that covers the administration's nationwide need for translation services. A contract shall be signed with one service provider. The agreement must i.a. cover the following services: — translations — other services (e.g. updating, editing, work with vocabularies). Further information on the procurement is given in Annex 1, ‘Kundens kravspesifikasjon.’ (‘The Contracting Authority's Requirement Specifications’).
