Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) [the Norwegian University of Science and Technology], hereafter the client, wants to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of advisory and consultancy services within security and preparedness. On the background of NTNU's size, complexity and scope, it is the intention to enter into a framework agreement with a minimum of 3 service providers within each service category, cf. the tender documentation point 1.1.4.
