An invitation to dialogue and inputs on the tender documentation for the procurement of an environmental monitoring system.
The University of Oslo (UiO) plans to procure a future-oriented, user friendly and flexible Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMS) that must replace the current energy monitoring system. For us to prepare the tender documentation and the future tender contest in the best possible way, we want to initiate a dialogue with the market and receive general inputs on the tender documentation.
