Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) system will be acquired for Department of Chemistry, University of Helsinki.
Minimum requirements for the system:
• HPLC-pump delivering a maximum pressure of at least 400 bar and having a flow rate range of 0,001-10,000 mL / min
• Autosampler; capable of injecting from at least 40 sample vials in one run
• HPLC or GPC Solvent degasser
• Column oven; capable to accommodate at least 3 columns, each column having a length of 300 mm
• Triple detection comprising of low- and right angle laser light scattering detector (RALS and LALS), viscosity detector and IR-detector
• UV-detector capable in operating in dual mode and having a wavelength range of at least 190-600 nm
• Fluorescence detector; having a wavelength range of at least 200-890 nm for exitation and 210-900 for emission.
• All parts of the system need to be compatible with at least the following solvents: H2O, Phosphate buffers, Dimethylformamide, Tetrahydrofuran, Chloroform, Acetonitrile and Dichloromethane
• The system must have warranty at least for 12 months.
• The policy for software upgrades and their pricing must be included.
• The instrument should be new one. No prototypes allowed.
• A windows 10 computer and a monitor to operate the instrument with all the necessary programs installed.
• The instrument is CE-marked.
