Spildra School, turnkey contract.

The new Spildra School is decided to be constructed on the site for the existing school in Spildra. The existing school building is out of date and shall be demolished. The building section from 1992 shall not be demolished. The current building section from 1992 has a gross area of 914 m². The new school building shall have a gross area of 2 696 m² and shall be erected against the existing school building. The new School building in Spildra will have a gross area of 3 610 m². The outdoor works are mainly limited to partitions around the new building, a retaining wall and electric pylons.

The school shall be used by approx. 230 pupils in the 1st to 7th grade.

The final date for completion in June 2018 is not absolute. See the tender documentation.
