Målet med denne RFP-en og den påfølgende dialogen er å levere et kringkastingskontrollsystem (BCS) som er i stand til å møte NRKs langsiktige strategiske mål.

Dette er en forhandlet prosedyre i to trinn. I første trinn ber vi kun om en forespørsel om kvalifisering. Se kapittel 8.
Søkere som blir kvalifisert og plukket ut til å delta, vil få mulighet til å levere tilbud i trinn to.
