RFI for voice transcription into text, text analysis and NLP modelling

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a Request for Information (hereinafter RFI) from SEB.
SEB - means the company, or companies, in the SEB Group in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.

Your company is hereby invited to provide  the information  for  Voice transcription into text, text analysis and NLP modelling solution.
 
The project consists of two parts:

1. Voice transcription into text and text analysis (including voice transcriptions and written requests). We aim to transcript the Call centre calls into text and be able to analyse it - performing the semantic analysis of the call context – topics, biases, positive-negative nature of call. In addition to that, analyse the written requests.
2. Text classification (written requests and transcribed calls) and generating the automatic answers to written requests by using Natural Language Processing (NLP).

The project should cover 3 countries - Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and 5 languages – Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, English and Russian. Analysis and classification part covers both – written requests and call transcriptions.
