The American Embassy in Riga intends to award a fixed-price contract for the ODC Office renovations. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please download the below listed invitation letter and solicitation document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions.
The site visit/pre-proposal conference will take place at 10:00 on February 25, 2020 at the Ministry of Defense, K. Valdemara Street 10/12.
The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.

The deadline for submittal of quotes is 14:00 on March 2, 2020. All quotes must be submitted electronically at [email protected]. Quotes submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
