The American Embassy in Riga intends to award a fixed-price contract for the ODC Office renovations. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please download the below listed invitation letter and solicitation document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions.
The site visit/pre-proposal conference will take place at 10:00 on February 25, 2020 at the Ministry of Defense, K. Valdemara Street 10/12.
The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.If you are unable to download the solicitation documents please send a request to [email protected] .The deadline for submittal of quotes is 14:00 on March 2, 2020. All quotes must be submitted electronically at [email protected]. Quotes submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
