The national health trust Sykehusbygg HF is the Contracting Authority of the contract. Sykehusbygg HF was founded in 2014 and it is owned by all the 4 regional health authorities. Sykehusbygg HF shall be the contracting party to the contract. In order to provide the Contracting Authority with assistance for communication services for the daily operation, a Framework Agreement is wanted with a tenderer that can safeguard our interests.
