Fet, Skedsmo and Sørum municipalities will merge and shall from 1.1.2020 be called Lillestrøm municipality. From this date the three other municipalities will no longer exist. The main bank agreement shall be valid for Skedsmo municipality for the period 14.12.2018 until 31.12.19. Lillestrøm municipality will formally be established from 1.1.2020. However, the municipal council for the new municipality will be elected in autumn 2019. The main bank agreement shall therefore apply for Lillestrøm municipality from autumn 2019. From 1.1.2020 Lillestrøm municipality will be the Contracting Authority and the Customer in the contractual relationship.
