Procurement of Web Based Technical Solutions for the National Virtual Library (e-Hospital Library)

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to find supplier/suppliers to supply and implement web based technical solutions for the National Virtual Library (e-Hospital Library) for 16 Finnish Central Hospitals. This procurement includes a web-scale discovery service including the link resolver, and the remote access authentication system. The procurement also includes technical support for these products as well implementation of the solutions and submitting subscriber’s e-resources to the systems. This procurement is divided in lots. The Contracting Authority selects one supplier per lot. Content of the procurement is described in detail in the invitation to tender.
