A new terminal/office building is to be established, which, with its design, will be a landmark on the seaward approach to Florø. There will be a waiting room on the ground floor and Flora hamn KF will have offices in the building. The remaining areas will be rented out to other tenants. The building is designed with 5 floors and it will have a small footprint in order to free up as much ground area as possible for good solutions for public transport and other traffic in the area. All the infrastructure in the ground, such as water, sewage, electricity and any fuel supplies must be coordinated and future fuel sources must be facilitated.
