The framework agreement must include construction management assignments for building contracts, construction works, as well as the development of infrastructure in the ground (e.g. an underground waste collection system). The assignments may also include the function as a Safety, Health and Work environment co-ordinator for the projects' different stages. The construction manager assignments shall include several contract types.
