The contract is to meet IVAR IKS' need to transport sludge and fat from Vik, Oltedal and Grødaland treatment facilties to either the Central Treatment Facility Nord-Jæren (SNJ) or the sludge reception facility at Grødaland.
Sludge from these 3 treatment facilities is “pure” fractions and it is therefore important that the vehicles that are used for the transport are cleaned before the sludge is collected.
As much as possible is to be transported in each load.
