OD needs consultancy services within the general map production and operation of our geographical information systems (GIS). The GIS include, amongst other things, OD's fact sheet on the internet and OD's internal GIS data system based on ESRI, latitude geographic and open source software. The contract shall also cover the transfer of competence and consultancy.
