The object of the procurement is to supply language analysis services for identification purposes for the Finnish immigration authorities according to this Invitation to Tender and its Appendices. Language analysis gives foreign applicants an opportunity to establish as probable an undocumented statement of national, ethnical or regional identity in cases when they are unable to present internationally valid travel documents.
