The contract is for operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on national roads, national foot and cycle paths, county roads and county foot and cycle paths with the accompanying side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Modum, Krødsherad, Sigdal, Ringerike, Hole municipalities and parts of Lier, Øvre Eiker and Jevnaker municipalities in accordance with the road list in chapter D2-V1.
The road network included in the contract (including arms and ramps) consists of:
780,818 km roads in total
Of which:
— 189,164 km national road,
— 33,798 km national foot/cycle path,
— 527,750 km county roads Buskeru,
— 27,395 km county foot/cycle paths Buskerud,
— 2,711 km county roads Oppland.
The traffic on the road network varies from approx. ADT 85 to approx. ADT 21 and an annual traffic growth of approx. 2.2 % is expected.
