The contracting authority invites tenderers to one-on-one meetings at Gardermoen at 30.1.2018 and 31.1.2018. (The dialogue meetings will if possible be held during one day. 30.1.2018 is the relevant date thereof).
The contracting authority invites tenderers who are able to supply oil products based on petrochemical processes (fuel oil and heavy machinery diesel), and tenderers who are able to supply oil products made by renewable biomasses (biofuel oil and biodiesel), to dialogue meetings. Possible tenderers who can supply both product groups.
Information about the dialogue meeting: 1,5 hours are set aside for each interested party. The majority of the reserved time is at the interested party's free disposal. A small part of the time will be reserved clarifying questions from the contracting authority.
