Support, consultancy and execution of team and project development, team/project management and developing a culture within digitalisation and IT.
This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:
— team and project management for:

—— backend development,
—— system implementation.
—— infrastructure
—— requirements comprehension and requirements specification,
— procurement processes in accordance with the public rules and regulations,
— method support, consulting and training related to team and project management and project implementation,
— agile coaching,
— manage all aspects of a project.
