Harstad, Skånland and Kvæfjord municipalities would like, via this competition, to enter into a contract for the provision of interpretation services within the following categories:
1. On-site intrepretation
2. Telephone interpretation/screen interpretation
3. Translation
The Contracting Authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers.
