Sarpsborg municipality, (hereafter called the contracting authority), invite tenderers, in accordance with the procurement law and accompanying regulations, to a 2-year framework agreement with an option for 1+1 year, for the delivery of water and sewage materials from a wholesaler for the operation and maintenance of the outdoor water and sewage pipeline network and the delivery of HVAC and sanitation materials for indoor use in Fredrikstad, Halden, Hvaler and Sarpsborg municipalities.
