Framework agreement for the delivery of milk.

The contract shall cover the municipality's need for deliveries of fresh cow milk The contract will mainly apply for Drammen municipality's municipal nurseries but it can also be entered into by other municipal entities.

The contract does not include Drammen Kjøkken KF. The Health, Social and Care Services Entity is also not included as Drammen Kjøkken KF delivers milk to them.

Educational procurements, defined here as procurements made as a part of teaching or the educational set-up, will be exempted from the competition and the contract.

The school milk system is not included in the tender contest, as school milk for pupils is paid directly by the parents.
