Ullensaker municipality shall construct a new water treatment plant at Hurdalsjøen. As a part of this, a new access road and the accompanying infrastructure in the ground with a reserve water pipeline, pump pipeline, sewage water and cable installations for the future water treatment plant must be established. A ski track shall also be established by the side of the access road. The length of the access road and ski trial is 1625 m from the contract border at the future water treatment plant to the junction at Østre Hurdalsveg.
