Hammerfest kommune invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest involving asphalting of municipal roads and spaces in 2015, with option for an identical assignment in the period from 2016 to 2018. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender contest if there are justifiable reasons. Examples of justifiable reasons are insufficient financing, alterations of plans/concepts or insufficient political approvals Cancellation may be implemented until a written contract is signed. The assignment is based on the law and regulations regarding Public Procurements.
