LEIA intends to enter into a process of Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for innovation partners. The Process invites an unlimited number of professional partners to take part in a network of innovative providers to participate in mini competitions initiated by LEIA to deliver new content, services or partly deliverables to such in the early phases of innovation. There may be opportunities to realize the ideas to its full extent.

Partners can apply for participation at any time during the duration of the DPS. Partners may also leave the DPS at any time during the duration of the DPS. Each mini competition issued will be sent to the partners that are qualified at the time of issue. There will be no acceptance of late entrants in each mini competition.
