Modular Aircraft Docking System

The Finnish Border Guard is procuring a Modular Aircraft Docking System for use in repairs and services for the Finnish Border Guard aircraft fleet, in accordance with this Call for Tenders and its appendices.

The quantity procured is one (1) piece.

The Modular Aircraft Docking System SHALL fulfill the following requirements:

The system is robust and weather proof for use in Finnish environmental conditions:
- Operating temperature range minimum -40c - +50c, usable in humid, snowy, icy, and offshore conditions

Is constructed to be lightweight without compromising the robustness of the system:
- Maximum weight of one piece is 40kg

Has enough height access for all FBG fleet aircrafts:
- H215, AW119, DO228, C650

Has modularity and expendability for upcoming aircraft types:
- At minimum C650, in the future possibly super medium sized helicopter fleet

Work safety matters shall fullfil the following European work safety requirement and Finnish national work safety regulations:
- 89/391/EEC, 2001/45/EC, 2009/104/EC
- Finnish Occupational safety and health act 738/2002

The systems Uniformly Distributed Load capability is at minimum 250kg/m3

The system has options for standard scaffolding ladders and tailored stair solution for individual aircraft type scaffolding systems for FBG aircraft fleet mentioned above

It is able to be used in FBG aircraft fleet at least on AW199, H215, DO228, C650
