Kort beskrivning

A high-performance multimodal bench-top widefield and confocal microscope. System must be a fully enclosed bench-top instrument with no external eye pieces. The microscope must be very user friendly for fast and easy set up for fixed and live samples. This particular set-up will alleviate our fully booked high-end microscopes for simple live cell imaging experiments, e.g. studying cellular migration. Such an instrument must be able to perform live cell imaging in a wide variety of imaging dishes.
