The Framework Agreement for a Virtual Data Room Service will be used mainly by the Contracting Entity’s M&A teams as part of their ongoing divestment transactions. The Contracting Entity will enter into Framework Agreement’s with three supplier’s and during the term Call-off Agreements under the Framework Agreement will be awarded by direct award or via mini tenders
