Reference: RFP-SOM-CO-2023-013The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from ECHO for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation in Somalia. Part of this operation includes actively engaging in different coordination bodies to improve effectiveness of the humanitarian response in Somalia through joint data collection, analysis, planning, and response such as but not limited to CCCM Cluster, Somalia Cash Consortium, WASH Cluster, Protection Monitoring, etc. To Support this The Danish Refugee Council Somalia seeks proposals for the design, development and roll-out of a no/low code information management system that captures, manages, stores, processes, disseminates, and visualises big data. The information management system should be fully owned by DRC including the source code, customizable, secure, and GDPR compliant. Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit your proposal.
