Food-grade twin screw extruder capable for wet (meat analogue type extrudates) and dry extrusion (puffed cereal type extrudates). Separate screw sets for both types together with cooling die for wet extrusion and die for the dry extrusion. Equipment must be suitable for laboratory scale operations instead of pilot scale only.
