In connection with the housing of refugees, the municipalities of Harstad, Lødingen and Kvæfjord are in need of a framework agreement for the purchase of furniture for this purpose. See the specifications for a more detailed description. Other articles that naturally come under the same category can also be procured under the contract if the tenderer has them. The scope of the contract is estimated at NOK 5 million over 4 years, but this estimate is very uncertain. The estimate is not binding for the municipalities.
