NSD 7010 – Municipal roads and water/sewage in Lier

The contest concerns Contract 7010 "Municipal roads and water/sewage in Lier". The project includes the establishment of a flood-proof access road to the hospital from Strandbrua and the opening of Nøstebekken. The undertaking includes Water/Sewage, Electrical and Road technical infrastructure and green areas in connection with the opening of Nøstebekken. Contract 7010 has interfaces with other parties and adjacent projects. The work must be carried out as a general contract where the contractor who is awarded the contract for this contract must be the main company in accordance with the Working Environment Act of 17 June 2005 no. 62 §2-2. The value of the procurement is anticipated to be approx. NOK 70 million excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The builder reserves the right to cancel the competition with immediate effect if there is a justifiable reason, for example if the sum of the offer deviates from the builder's financing of the procurement.
