Dear Supplier,

Herein we announce RFI for Digital Banking Solution at Luminor.

Please find enclosed in Section "Files" RFI documents which are not classified as confidential:

• RFI main document (rules)
• Annex 1 "Proposal Contents" (enclosed in RFI main document)
• Annex 3 "Commercial Offer Template"
• Annex 4 "NDA".

RFI Annex 2 contains Luminor Requirements and is classified as confidential (as well as its Appendix 1).
In order to receive RFI confidential information, the Supplier shall submit the request to Luminor via Mercell communication tool and provide Luminor with signed NDA.

Proposal submission and communication related to this procurement shall take place in Mercell.
