Framework agreement for the purchase of catering services for the Government Representation Facility (RRA)

The objective of the agreement is to cover the need for catering services for meals related to representation in RRA. A correct framework regarding events consists of many parts, of which the dishes that are served are a very important part. It is therefore important with high quality, so-called "fine dining". Under normal circumstances, there are approx. 200 events annually in RRA. The events are of different nature, size and scope, and RRA will normally need catering for just under half of the meals. The framework agreement will be valid for 4 years without options. Based on historical figures, the estimated annual value under normal circumstances is approx. NOK 1.4 million excluding VAT. The framework agreement´s upper financial limit is NOK 12 million excluding VAT.
