Framework agreement - school books, teaching aids and textbooks

Rakkestad Municipality (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority), in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurements, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of school books, teaching aids, and text books for schools and other units. The procurement includes delivery of teaching aids including teacher instruction booklets, copy originals, exercise books, answer and concretisation materials for primary and secondary schools, before- and after-school care, nursery schools, and the adult education. Other entities at the contracting authority can also make call-offs on this contract. The contract does not include the delivery of books to the main public library in Rakkestad. The contracting authority will enter into a 2 year framework agreement with an option for an extension for 1+1 year for the procurement of school books, teaching aids, and textbooks for school and other entities in the municipalities. Estimated procurements in the contract period will be NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT. The estimated values must also be seen as a guideline and not binding for the contracting authority.
