Checking for Leaks and Pipe Inspections, Framework Agreement

The contest is for a framework agreement for checking for leaks and pipe inspections. The work is split into the following groups: 1) Checking for leaks with zone searches, correlation, and ground listening on the water pipeline network in order to map leaks. 2) Pipe inspections and flushing the sewage network (sewage water, surface water, and joint network), as well as assessing the condition of manholes. The procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold value. The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority estimates that the volume for group 1 will be between NOK 500 000 and NOK 1 000 000 excluding VAT a year, to a maximum of NOK 4 000 000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The contracting authority estimates that the volume for group 2 will be between NOK 1 000 000 and NOK 2 000 000 excluding VAT a year, to a maximum of NOK 8 000 000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.
