Rogaland County would like to enter into a framework agreemnet with a broker of consultancy services within IT. The tenderer shall, based on the requirements specification, find the best qualified consultants that are available in the market and offer these to Rogaland County. The framework agreement with the broker will transfer most of the search and selection work to the broker, at the same time that the entire supplier market is given an opportunity to participate in every request.
