The call for tenders concerns a framework agreement for assistance, consultancy and production of media content related to the work with targeted relevant research-based knowledge and targeted and effective dissemination of knowledge and communication in this perspective. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured for NOK 1 000 000 excluding VAT per year in the recent years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.
