NRK is Norway's major broadcasting institution with nine radio channels and three TV channels with an approx. 100% coverage.
The NRK headquarters are situated at Marienlyst in Oslo and at Tyholt in Trondheim. NRK also comprises 15 regional offices whose journalists produce radio and TV programmes for their regional broadcasts and for the national networks, as well as the Internet. NRK Regional Offices, cooperating in seven groups, produce regional TV news.
The overall objective for this tender is to establish a framework agreement for the procurement of Pre labeled T10000 tape cartridges for Sun StorageTek T10000 Tape Drive in Sun StorageTek SL8500 library system and pre labeled T10000 cleaning cartridges for Sun StorageTek T10000 Tape Drive in Sun StorageTek SL8500 library system. The duration of the framework agreement will be 2 (two) years with the possibility of prolongation for 1 + 1 year.
Cartridges must be 100% compatible with 2nd generation tape drives, T10000-B (1TB capacity).
Cartridges must be approved by Sun Microsystems support.
Estimated value of the agreements/contracts: Approx. NOK 1 – 1.5 mill. per annum.
