Third Party Motor Insurance for Trade Plates

The contracting authority requests tenders for the delivery of third party motor insurance for trade plates. The insurance will cover legislated third party motor insurance in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Liability Act and will also include the following: • the insurance will include legal aid; • the insurance must be valid for driving in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland; • in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Liability Act, the third party motor insurance company is responsible for damage that occurs up to 2 months after the expiry date of the trade plates.
