Co-location of Bamble Sixth Form College

Bamble sixth form college has two departments, the Grasmyr department and the Croftholmen department, which will be co-located for a new school at Bamble sixth form college in Grasmyr, Stathelle. Subjects of study that are relocated to the new college are electro-engineering (Norwegian: EL), health and childhood and youth subjects (Norwegian: HO), engineering and industrial subjects (Norwegian: TIP) and small groups training (Norwegian: OIMG). The TIP department in Porsgrunn sixth form college shall also be relocated to Bamble sixth form college. The total number of student places increases from 285 to 635 after the co-location has been executed. The estimated heated gross area of the new building is approx. 5 000 m
